Custom Website Design

I will design up to three compositional layouts of your publication based on information provided by you. You will review the prototypes and indicate your choice. This process includes your own input and ideas, our graphics department will work with you directly to create the prototype to your full satisfaction.

Standard Design:Custom layout and design based on your specifications including: Up to 5 colors of your choice, embedded table structure with up to 2 tables and 3 content rows. Incorporation of 1 of your images into the background design CSS dynamic site navigation based on link lists and hexadecimal colors holding up to 20 page links. $400- $600
Advanced Design:Custom layout and design based on your specifications including: Incorporation of 1 of your images into the background design, custom button image development. Up to 5 colors of your choice, embedded table structure with up to 4 tables and 3 content rows. CSS dynamic site navigation based on link lists, hexadecimal colors and 2 custom graphical button images (button and hover button) holding up to 30 page links. $600-$1000
Enhanced Design:Custom layout and design based on your specifications including: Custom static intro, main site background and navigation image development and integration. Up to 5 colors of your choice, complex embedded table structure with up to 5 tables and 4 content rows. CSS or javascript dynamic site navigation with drop down/popout sub menus based on link lists, hexadecimal colors and 2 custom graphical button images (button and hover button), holding up to 50 page $1000+


HTML Pages

Pricing based per page, after 5 pages you receive a 5% discount per page, after 10 pages a 10% discount per page, 20+ pages = 20% discount per page.

Logos

Preparations
Determine your company's attitude, vision and goal. Your logo should reflect these elements. Look for logos that you like and don't like and try to identify the elements of each.

Logo terms
Logotype: A logo that is either made entirely of letterforms, or the portion of a complete logo that is created using only letterforms. Many logotypes are combined with a logomark to create a full corporate unique logo. Logomark: Usually the graphic symbol that accompanies a logotype.

Logo types
There are 3 basic kinds of logos: Graphical: Abstract graphic combined with your company name Logotype/Text: Font elements only (your company name), developed into a design. Illustrated: Illustration that most likely expresses what your company does.

Simple Logos: One or two color samples, typically 150x150 or smaller. Useful for personal web sites, or smaller corporate sites.$200
Business logos: Full color logo for your business. Used on company web sites, business cards, and letterheads.$400-500
Premium logos : Professional logo consistent with your company's brand, image and market positioning. Used on corporate web site, business cards, letterheads and marketing collaterals.$700 - 1,000


PROGRAMMING

Basic script installation- I can install any php or cgi/perl script. Generally a basic script will take only 1-2 hours to configure, install and test. $75/hr
Advanced script - Generally an advanced script will take 2-5 hours to configure, install and test. $85/hr
Script Customization- Our technicians can customize most any opensource cgi, perl, or php script to your specifications. Completion time: 3-4 weeks$85/hr


Software Development

Karen can develop custom cgi, perl or php server side software based on your specifications.
Type Description Price
Custom Script Development Pricing is charged hourly unless the per field price is no more than 20% lower then the hourly fee. If the per field price is more than 20% lower than the hourly fee a fair mixture will be applied to give you up to a 20% savings. Per field pricing is based on each field in each script, in other words if your software requires multiple scripts with the same fields, the field charge would be applied to each field on each script.$85/hr or $50/field/script.
MyGenesis! CMS Custom Template Development Pricing is charged hourly unless the per field price is no more than 20% lower. If the per field price is more than 20% lower than the hourly fee - a fair mixture will be applied to give you up to a 20% savings. Per field pricing is based on each field in each template, in other words if your development requires multiple templates to run the field charge would be applied to each field on each template. Custom template development does not include licensing fees, you must purchase a MyGenesis license at www.my-genesis.com$85/hr or $50/field/template


On Demand Site Editing

On demand editing services for your existing website.
Type Description Price
Rush/Emergency Site Editing If you need your site edited in a rush, I can edit your site within 2 business days. Static HTML pages or Graphics - $75/hr minimum 2 hours
Advanced script editing (PHP, CGI/Perl) -$100/hr minimum 2 hours.
Scheduled Site Editing When you need your site edited within 2 weeks Static HTML pages or Graphics - $65/hr measured in 30 minute increments.
